ACS Filter material is manufactured with the greatest care and is subjected to continuous quality control. The fibres of the media consist of 100% thermally bounded polyester and are temperature resistant to 100 C.
It is a primary coating system incorporating polyethylene backing with a butyl rubber-based adhesive to assure high bond to primed steel pipe. It is designed for machine application and delivers excellent conformability when applied over seamed, spiral welded or extruded pipe. Polyken #980 has a proven in-ground success against both chemical and electrolytic corrosion. Temperature range: -34 C to 85 C.
Newlux is made mainly from lime based material and siliceous material, with inorganic fiber used as reinforcement. The asbestos-free calcium silicate boards have a firm and stable crystal structure. Unlike many other building materials, Newlux does not degrade by aging and is stable with very small dimensional change, even when temperature and humidity change. It is noncombustible and lightweight.
Ipilite Fire Stop is very suitable to be applied for the hole/gap on the floor or wall area, such as cable shaft area, plumbing shaft, hydrant shaft, curtain wall, ducting and pipe shaft. It is easy to be applied, environmentally friendly, fire rating up to 3 hours, depending on thickness, no smoke/fume when burned, resistance to cracking, easy to add openings when applicating additional cable, good adhesive ability.
